From my very first enquiry to being dropped off at the end of the tour the quality of service was outstanding. I sent a short message saying I want to do volcanoes and waterfalls. For the trip we were met on time by our excellent English speaking driver/guide Bram, who was responsible for ensuring everything was delivered as promised. Bram made what was already a good trip into a great experience. Bram ensured all local guides were arranged and on time. He dealt with all problems swiftly and cheerfully. Bram kept us entertained on long journeys talking about local places, history and culture. He was also very understanding and helpful when hearing "Stop! Photograph", from the back seat. We had an amazing experience exploring Bromo & Ijen with Bintang company. Bintang was very responsive and accomodating to our requests. Even though he was busy with a seperate tour, he arranged another driver Anton for the trip. The pick-ups, drops offs, accomodation, Bromo jeep driver, guides to Ijen all was so intricately arranged that we didn't have any second thoughts.
